On September 12, 2015, at the Department of Corrections on Nonthaburi Road 1, Suan Yai Subdistrict, Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi Province, Mr. Phichit Chaiyamongkol, a core leader of the People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC), along with over 100 protesters, set up a rally in front of the Department of Corrections grounds following rumors that male prisoner Thaksin would be detained outside.
